The Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Content Creator who can own our digital presence and execute marketing content that drives engagement and leads. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong design skills with paid social media experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow Facebook and LinkedIn business pages
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
  • Design graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Figma
  • Build landing pages in Figma with a strong focus on UX and conversions
  • Create content for social media, website, email campaigns, and digital ads
  • Edit images, videos, and podcasts (short- and long-form)
  • Track performance metrics and improve campaigns based on data
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms
Requirements
  • English proficiency: C1 to Native level
  • Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, landing pages, and paid campaigns
  • Hands-on experience managing Facebook and LinkedIn Ads
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma
  • Experience editing videos and podcasts (Riverside, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and campaign optimization
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Basic copywriting skills for ads and landing pages
  • Understanding of funnels and lead generation strategies
