We’re looking for a Project Manager who can take the reins, bring order to chaos, and see projects through from kickoff to completion with consistency and accountability. This role demands someone who can juggle operational needs, keep cross-functional teams aligned, and ensure deliverables are completed on time. Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end project planning, including timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables in Autotask.
- Break down complex initiatives into clear, manageable action items.
- Ensure project tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans proactively when obstacles surface.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact across all stakeholders, including internal teams, leadership, and external partners.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, provide updates, and keep everyone aligned.
- Encourage collaboration across departments while upholding process consistency and accountability.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation: requirements, workflows, and status reports.
- Provide leadership with timely updates, including risks, blockers, and projected outcomes.
- Ensure all projects follow established company procedures, approval flows, and compliance requirements.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify project risks early and develop mitigation plans.
- Resolve issues promptly or escalate when necessary to keep projects moving.
- Track changes in scope and manage expectations diplomatically and transparently.
Process Improvement
- Recommend improvements to project workflows based on experience and recurring patterns.
- Champion best practices and consistent standards across the organization.
- Look for opportunities to streamline cross-team communication and operational clarity.
Qualifications
- English Level Billingual / Native
- 3–5 years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably in MSP space, IT, operations, or service-oriented environments.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills focused on structure and detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools (preferably Autotask, Microsoft Planner).
- PMP or other certification is a plus, not a requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Consistency, reliability, and accountability.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and move things forward.
- A collaborative mindset balanced with the ability to push for results.
