Role Purpose
The Content Creator owns execution of engaging, multi-channel content (social, video, newsletters, blogs, emails) rooted in VTech Dealer IT's brand for content, web updates and future additions. This role executes social storytelling, video production, and digital campaigns across channels ensuring every piece reflects the company's authentic voice, personality, and values.
Qualifications
- English C1 / Native
- 3+years in content creation, design, and disciplined strategy execution.
- Proficiency in digital platforms (LinkedIn,GoogleBusinessProfile,MetaBusinessSuite,Instagram,X, etc).
- Familiar with SEO, analytics, and trend insights for optimization.
- Understanding of photography principles and design composition.
Role Fundamentals:
- Proficient in AdobePhotoshop,Illustrator,Canva,XPress, or equivalent tools.
- Skilled in multi-format content creation (written, visual, video, and motion).
- Strong editing and proofreading practice for accuracy, tone, and flow.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the digital content plan aligned with business and brand goals.
- Deeply understand the audience, their needs, behaviors, and motivations.
- Write clear content briefs as roadmaps that connect brand marketing goals to content pieces
- Referencing Brand Guidelines for all social campaigns
- Within 120 days, Develop and maintain Social Brand Playbook (platform-specific templates, voice adaptation, visual swipe files, hashtag strategy) as a living companion document to VTech Dealer IT's core Brand Guidelines.
- Create an interconnected content ecosystems (videos, blogs, newsletters, podcasts)
- Manage the brand’s presence across social platforms, adapting content to each channel’s culture.
- Employ AI-driven content repurposing to scale long-form material into multiple short formats.
- Train generative tools on VTechDealerIT’s brand guidelines (tone, voice pillars, and personality).
- Use data, analytics, and SEO insights to improve discoverability and performance.
Creative & Executional Responsibilities
- Design and write impactful content for newsletter, blog, email campaigns, and social channels.
- Co-manage website providing support for timely updates, necessary edits, and future content creation.
- Craft and edit video content emphasizing audience retention and authenticity.
- Produce newsletters and blog postings for target audiences.
- Create polished sales collateral, brochures, presentations and supporting documents upon request.
Operational & Collaborative Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly brand alignment reviews to ensure social content reflects consistency with brand new website and evolving brand foundation.
- Present weekly social calendars and content briefs to Brand Strategy Leads for approval prior to execution.
- Prepare logos, artwork, and collateral for distribution or agency use.
- Build content plans and stages (“Ideas,” “InProgress,” “Drafting,” “Review,” “Published”).
- Maintain SharePoint as the secure content repository.
